Mads SingersEarly life
Mads Singers was born in Aarhus, Denmark on 24 April 1984. He left home at 15 and left Denmark at 18 to move to Ireland. He has described himself as very introverted at age 18 and has said he learned to communicate partly through public speaking at Glasgow Toastmasters, which he joined in July 2009 and remained a member of until January 2015.
He later lived in the UK, Eastern Europe and Asia, including long periods in the Philippines.
Career before coaching
Before coaching, Mads Singers worked in corporate roles at Xerox Europe from 2002 to 2007 and IBM from 2007 to January 2014. While at IBM he built his first affiliate and SEO website in 2007. After Google's Panda and Penguin updates sharply reduced his affiliate income, he returned to management work and has run his management consulting business since November 2012.
He left formal education at 18 and does not hold a university degree. In December 2013 he was appointed director of Mads Singers Ltd, a UK company that was later dissolved. He founded Aristo Sourcing in January 2014, with operations in the Philippines.
Management coaching
Mads Singers has coached people in organisations ranging from large companies such as Shell and Coca-Cola to small online entrepreneurs. He has also coached SEO and e-commerce figures and companies including Matt Diggity, Ahrefs and Empire Flippers, as listed on his Legiit profile.
His Effective Management Mastery framework is built on DISC behaviour profiling. He runs in-person Effective Management Mastery trainings in locations such as Chiang Mai and Saigon. Mads says he spends at most 20 percent of his time coaching so that he can continue to build and run his own companies.

His management philosophy is to treat everyone as an individual and put the right individuals into the right box, and that management can be learned.
